We will check and restart all the utilities, fixtures and any damage from "critters" will be cleaned and repaired. Your residence will be ready for your arrival--without the hassel of discovering any situations upon your arrival. 

Fall is a chance to reflect on what is needed to be completed prior to winter. Whether closing up or covering up, we can complete your fall list to prep your residence for winter. 

Door County winter's present unique conditions and challenges to your residence. We offer a service of twice monthly to stop by and check on your residence, and report any findings that are out of place due to weather or the elements.
