Cabin in the woods

Steve understands the "family getaway" is more enjoyable when everyone arrives if the cabin is open for the season. A safety check is completed followed by all systems being checked and prepared for the pending date. Windows and fireplaces are checked, the lake or well pump is activated and all water lines are bled until clean water is running. 

Next, the LP gas is turned on and the stove and all burners are checked as is the furnace, water heater and any water softener The frig is plugged in and the motor/compressor is checked for activation. All lights and sound equipment is checked and of course, any small 4-legged visitor is removed. 

Outside, the walkway is blown, and the drive is checked for any fallen trees to be removed, and the garage is opened and ensured all lights and doors are operating. Also, the outdoor grill LP is refilled and the grill is started--again, and any hot-tub or pool is opened. All systems must be ready for the season!  

A simple call or email to Steve is all it takes and Steve will take care of the repair quickly. 

If doors or windows or minor roofing or flashing repairs or replacement is needed, or new vanities or fixtures or switches are needed, Steve will schedule your appointment and secure all materials per teh quality and budget you desire. Simple, Timely and Professional. 

Closing ceremonies are always melancholy as great memories and times to bond with family and friends is coming to an end for the season. Trust Steve to ensure your cabin systems are closed and winterized properly and a that all outdoor furnishings and appliances are stored on premise. Windows and doors are checked for drafts and repaired if needed. Everything opened in the spring is closed professionally and in a timely manner.
