And I always apply a color matched primer.

Ceiling fans and Ring Door Bells are a great addition to any home, as is changing out light fixtures. I will always let you know if/when we need an electrician. 

Drafts are always an issue when temps range so much and replacing the window caulking with new weather resistant caulking is helpful in reducing or eliminating drafts. Next, doorways require attention to and applying new weather stripping is always a plus.
